Founder of Birdcage and Blushers Weddings and B&B Events Group, Alyson brings over a decade of experience in hospitality and event strategy. Her career began inside Chicago’s leading hotels, where she partnered with corporate teams and managed complex group programs, gaining an insider’s understanding of logistics, operations, and executive-level expectations.
She later founded Birdcage and Blushers Weddings, building a firm known for its precision, personalization, and elevated guest experience. That dual background, corporate structure and high-touch hospitality, now defines her approach to business events.
Today, Alyson partners with brands and leadership teams to design corporate experiences that are strategically aligned and thoughtfully executed. The most successful events don’t just run smoothly, they leave a lasting impression.
