Partial Wedding Planning

Ideal for couples planning in Chicago or beyond who want expert guidance without handing off every decision.

You’ve secured your venue—and perhaps a few key vendors—and you’re genuinely excited about your wedding. But as planning continues, it becomes clear that the details, decisions, and coordination still require structure, expertise, and follow-through.

Partial Wedding Planning is designed for couples who want to remain hands-on while benefiting from professional guidance. As your strategic planning partner, I help refine your vision, curate remaining vendors, maintain momentum, and ensure every element comes together seamlessly—resulting in a celebration that feels cohesive, intentional, and calm.

Investment & Booking

Partial Wedding Planning begins at $9,500, with an additional 8% production fee applied to select vendors whose work requires significant coordination, integration, and on-site production oversight.

These categories include catering and bar, floral and décor, rentals, lighting and event production, stationery and signage, entertainment, and transportation.

This fee supports the strategic planning, design alignment, vendor collaboration, and real-time execution required to ensure these high-impact elements come together smoothly on the wedding day—so nothing feels disjointed, rushed, or reactive.
